In the 2nd half, SF City showed spells of patient possession and continued with lethal attacks and unwavering pressure on the Redwood City back line. Newcomer George Plakorus, who recently completed his senior season at Cal-State Monterey Bay, was dangerous throughout the match on the left wing, consistently testing Juventus defenders and creating chances. Plakorus linked up with former Stanford midfielder Eric Anderson to open City’s second half scoring and make the lead 4-0.

A total team performance was capped by a beautiful Tyson Crim goal. Crim controlled a long pass from midfielder Jack Momeyer in the 77th minute with a composed touch and hammered a volley home to make it 5-0.
